Walking?
Anyone else trying to lose weight purely through walking? I know the importance of lifting weights but my hearts just not in to it recently so I'm getting my calories burnt through walking at least 10'000 steps a day, so I am still getting the same calorie burn as intense cardio just takes up more time with walking.

Back to the old trusted way...
I am sick of always being on a stupid fad diet, you know all that has happened since I've done fasting, juice cleanses, up down diets? I'm ultimately bigger than I was before!! Back to counting calories and sweating my *kitten* off exercising..the normal way! On that note..I need a refresher course, I've got a fitbit…

HIIT 3 or 4days? and other exercise too such as 30DS?
I'm doing the Josie Gibson DVD which is HIIT and the trainer recommends to do it at least 4 times a week but I'm hearing HIIT should only be done max 3 times a week? Also I did 30DS a few months ago and want to start it again would it be ok to do this on alternative days to the HIIT DVD? Or is it too much?

Gym/fitness trainers any reviews?
Really want to get back to working out, i had a ankle injury end of may and have had to rest it for a while. Doctor has said i need trainers with good ankle support so im wondering if anyone knows of any cheap-ish good supportive gym trainers? Thanks in advance :)

FITBIT Help..new to this
I got my fitbit yesterday and havent worked out with it yet, im going to do Zumba 2 on the Wii tonight but im not sure whether to keep my fitbit on and just use my HRM or use both?

Exercise...weight loss Help
Is it better to eat good and do cardio get to goal weight..then tone up or tone up along the way, most of the weight i have lost has been to eating less/stress not really exercise so im wondering if all the exercise im now doing is affecting my weight loss? any idea? :)

Anyone with the Polar FT2? i need help!
So i have just bought this today thinking it shows calories burnt and it does not :( I can't return it even though it hasnt been used (Store doesn't accept returns on this type of item). Is there any way i can make use out of it as it certainly wasn't cheap. Can i find out how many calories i have burnt with a heartrate…

HRM to buy..or not to buy?
Im very interested in getting one..just there not the cheapest thing so i'm wondering if they are really useful? I would like to know how many calories more accurately im burning. Also does anyone have any recommendations i live in the UK and have been looking at Polar FT2?
