Anyone with the Polar FT2? i need help!

So i have just bought this today thinking it shows calories burnt and it does not I can't return it even though it hasnt been used (Store doesn't accept returns on this type of item). Is there any way i can make use out of it as it certainly wasn't cheap. Can i find out how many calories i have burnt with a heartrate reading?

sorry to hear that, and i don't know how you would work out the calories burnt from heart rate,did you tell anyone at the store that you wanted one that showed calories burnt?

Managed to find a calculator online which uses weight,sex and heart rate so thats a plus I read somewhere it counted them but turns out only the FT4 does..wish i had bought that now.
