REGULAR SODA!! I used to drink 4 or 5 cans a day. Today is day #93 of NO soda of ANY kind. Very BIG goal of mine. Everyone is doing well kicking those bad habits!!

I would like to be at my pre-pregnancy weight 179 lbs by June 1st. My daughter will be 7 on May 2nd. I would like to be at 155 lbs by my 38th birthday August 15th. I am currently at 208.6 lbs. I have a lot of work but can do it.

I started on January 15th and have lost 3.6 lbs so far. I haven't started exercising yet and haven't done the best with my food choices.
