Today marks 150 days of logging my food on MFP, 125 days of No Soda of any kind, yesterday I ran my best yet, 3.07 miles in 30 minutes with an average pace of 9.48 minute mile. I have lost 25.4 lbs so far. I can't be more happy with my lifestyle changes I have made.
