Veggies & Dairy

Hi all. I don't like to many veggies. I do like corn, lettuce, raw carrots, raw broccoli, radishes, raw cauliflower. I don't like to drink milk - white or flavored, I don't like cheese. I do like pizza, macaroni & cheese, and a grilled cheese, and yogurt. I take a Centrum multivitamin a day and eat 1 6oz container of yogurt a day along with 2 Caltrate Calcium Supplements with Vitamin D each day. I am wanting help on what to do about getting more veggies into my diet. Any help would be great. Thanks.

How do you get more veggies into your diet?

    Eat more:

    Corn
    Lettuce
    Raw Carrots
    Raw Broccoli
    Raw Cauliflower

You have a solid list of veggies here, I'm not understanding the question.

Drink your veggies! You can also add some lowfat or nonfat yogurt to this & other smoothies and get more dairy!

    Beginner’s Luck Green Smoothie

    Makes 32 oz | Serves 2

    Ingredients
2 cups spinach, fresh (tightly packed)
    2 cups water
    1 cup mango
    1 cup pineapple
    2 bananas

    Directions
Tightly pack your leafy greens into a measuring cup and toss into blender. Add water and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone. Next add in mango, pineapple and bananas and blend again.

    Tips
    1. Use at least one frozen fruit to chill your smoothie.
    2. If you aren’t a big fan of bananas, feel free to substitute with another fruit, like extra mangos. You can even freeze the bananas first to reduce the flavor and also add some extra chill to your smoothie.
