Oh hell!! I guess I'm different from most. I only do cheat meals. I work out 7 days a week at least 2 times a day. I take my "spike meal" on Friday nights. Sometimes it's a pizza buffet (at least 3 plates), steak/potato, sushi, etc... I do my "spike meal" to get my body confused and to remind myself how it feels to eat…

I know it's frustrating. Just keep pushing. Regardless you are burning more than just sitting on the couch. Plus you are losing inches, losing fat and gaining muscle. :)

Are you "wetting" your strap? I have recently started doing this as I would notice my HRM not counting cals but keeping my HR. I have a low sitting HR as it is so I don't burn much but I do see we do the same workouts and you are burning way less than I am.

Thanks Y'all I stopped all alcohol, I count every calorie, I only eat half of my exercise cals, I bought a HRM, did the 30 day shred (twice), Body Pump, RPM, Ride a mountain bike, walk/run, and also take a core class.

DITTO!!! I love me some coconut oil. I don't measure and I don't count towards cals. I also use it on my feet and hair. It's excellent! Make sure you get the unrefined and virgin. You can tell by the way it smells. If it’s not obviously a coconut smell don’t get it.

I have a work spouse. I enjoy it. It will never lead to anything scandalous as he is twice my age. We have only 3 people in our office. (myself, him and his son) it works perfect. I know how to push his buttons, spend his money (wisely) and I clean... kinda like a wife and of course I do what I want WHEN I WANT!

I have upped my cals 1400 on my off days and when I work out I eat at least half my exercise cals back if not all. I do strength at least twice a week. I do cardio at least once a day.. bike ride, rpm, elliptical etc...

I do spend less time with my friends who do not have the same "weight loss" goals as I do but I try to make time for them. I live in a small town so really all we can do is eat and drink.
