Name/ real name: Chris Goal weight on January 31st: 193 1/01: 198 1/09: 197 1/16: 197 1/23: 1/30 Every day MFP tells me that if I keep this up my weight will be signifficantly down in 5 weeks, but it is not moving. Last week I increased my workouts from 3 days a week to 5 and still no change. :(

When I decided to take this weight loss journey, one of the things I committed to was that I would not get any calories from anything I drink. So I cut out EVERYTHING with calories in it. It has worked great!

I have to be at work at 7am, so I get the gym at 5am.

M-W-F workout for 60-90 min. Weights for half and then cardio. Tu-Th 60-90 min. All cardio. Weekend workouts vary on how much time I have and are usuallly all cardio

Sorry but there is nothing you can do beyond being a good example for him. If you push he will resist. He need to decide for himself that he wants to make a change. If you drag him into it, he will not be successful because he will be doing it for you and not because he is truly committed to the process.

My last year goal was 40 pounds and I met that. I have to loose another 10 pounds to reach my goal. Then the hard part, maintain that weight.

Hi Jesse. We are almost neighbors. I am in Kent City, right on the Muskegon county line. I am 10 pounds from my target weight. My goal is to loose that in the first 6 months, and keep it off during the following 6 months.

I weigh myself first thing in the morning, every morning. It should not matter when or how often as long as when you do it is consistant

I do not use a scale. I am committed to losing weight but will not go to that extent.

I am out of town for the week and decided to try to be good, but am not counting. I just want to keep my post trip weight within 2 pounds of when I left

My goal was to loose 40 pounds and I met that, so I expanded my goal to 55 pounds later in the year. That I did not meet. The 2012 goal will be to loose the last 10 pounds and keep it off.
