There are tons of weight loss products on the market. Most are junk, some possible harmful. Are there any out there that anyone has had good results with that they would recommend? Confused about post work out nutrition
I work out 3 times each week, all cardio, fully for the purpose of weight loss. I am not interested in muscle building. My workouts are at 5am and I do not eat beforehand. Where is the extra energy?
When I started this weight loss journey I kept hearing how after losing weight people felt so much better and had more energy. My goal is to lose 50 pounds and I have already lost 40 of that. I am finding that I do not have more energy and in fact don’t really feel any different. Am I missing something?

40 pounds lost!
My goal was to lose 30 pounds in 6 months and 10 more in the following 6 months. Today is the 6 month mark and I am down 40 pounds!! I will still go for an additional 10 over the next 6 months. I will then have met my target weight
