  • I started doing Body Beast on January 2nd. Yesterday was the start of week 3. This has been a program that I've come to love (first program ever too lol) & I've tried a few different ones. In the last 2 weeks I've lost a total of 8.1 lbs and dropped 2% body fat.

  • I have been tracking everything and anything that I eat or do. I'm losing between 1/2 lb to 1lb a week at the moment. I'll definitely add the 15 minute HIIT before I get on the treadmill. Thanks so much :smiley: , I never thought of that.
  • I tend to retain water a lot and my dr says it's from having to much sodium in my diet. For the most part I stick to fresh foods, I stay away from processed foods as much as possible.

  • I'm doing T25 as well and find it difficult to get an accurate calorie count. My FitBit has been very helpful. So I use the "Circuit Training" to log and it's pretty close to my burn. I hope this has helped some. Good luck on your journey! I love T25!
