Eat lots of fruits and vegetables-that'll cure the low energy. Maybe try taking some vitamins too? To stay motivated, try to remember why you wanted to start your weight loss journey. How did it feel when you stepped on the scale for the first time and saw the number go down?

Hm, a little confused, so say my calorie goal is 1400 without exercise, and I burn 500 calories. Now I have to eat 1900 calories right? Do you mean that eating back your exercise calories is eating the whole 1900 calories or leaving a 500 calorie deficit? Thanks! :)

I used to love cake batter ice cream, and they sold it during lunch at my school. Now, I can't stand the taste or the horrid smell, it makes me want to puke

Usually about 16 or 17 so calories. However, you barely get any nutrition from it. The egg yolks have the most nutrients you need.

Corn flavored stuff. Back in my parents' country they have a bunch of corn flavored candies and drinks. It's just not good. At all. Also, cake batter ice cream. Unless it's from cold stones c: Edit: Oh yeah, and egg salad sandwiches. I love eggs but those combined makes me want to GAG.

Lots of protein shakes after lifting weights! I also recommend those fruit drinks that are like 500 calories, I don't remember what they're called, but you can definitely search them up.

Well I'm Asian so naturally I eat rice almost every day for dinner. I don't binge and only eat half a cup, which is only 121 calories or so.

You DEFINITELY need to eat more! Your body's weight loss and functionality will deteriorate and weight loss will be extremely hard. You should also be eating back the calories you burned.

Relax, it's two days. Your body's just not used to it. When I first actually STARTED using MFP (on Monday the 19th), I gained about 2 pounds in the first few days (118-119.8) I was dismayed, but I kept going. On Saturday, I weighed myself again and I was 117.4 I weighed myself again yesterday and was 116.8. Today I am 116.…

Hm, I use the skull candy earphones and I just wrap the excess wire around my arm or iPod, and that usually does the trick. Avid Runner :)

It does burn fat, but if you change your gum constantly you might be consuming more calories than you are burning... so I'd recommend getting a long lasting flavor c:

Are you menstruating? Are you working out a lot more often? You will retain water if any of these will happen. Drink lots of it because if you don't, then your body will store more water and make you feel bloated! Don't worry, you'll pee it out soon if you drink lots :)
