I've been losing weight really slowly?
My recommended intake each day is 1200 cals (I'm a short person with a relatively small frame.) But usually I eat a little less than that because I'm never too hungry. Sharp pain on the outside of my foot?
I randomly felt a sharp pain on the side of my left foot (the side closest to the pinky toe) while walking around my house. It hurts to walk now, and I don't really want to miss a workout because I skipped yesterday's. If this pain persists I'll probably just go biking. Anyone experience this kind of pain before?

What really annoys me about some people on this site.
A lot of people are like, "YAY!!!! I only ate 400 calories today! Can't wait to see results" And I'm like, ugh, no stop it please. You're only doing harm to yourself and you'll gain it all back when you eat again. Anyone else feel the same way?
