You mean 683.5? It's impossible for someone to burn 7000 calories in one hour. 3500 calories=1 pound And as the person above me said, try jogging/running at your own pace. Also, try the elliptical or jump roping.

You can't spot reduce. You can only lose overall body fat. You genetics WILL determine where you lose weight and how your bone structure will affect it also. For example, I have pretty wide hips so even though I don't have a thigh gap right now, my thighs barely touch.

Only use it if you're absolutely desperate though. Some have major reactions/allergies to it, and it may cause extremely dry skin. Don't raise your calorie intake/eat more if you haven't worked out for the day. Or that's at least what I did.

I think I like to think of them as a tiger earning their stripes :) I've been pretty overweight all my life and never had rapid weight gain, so my stretch marks aren't super visible. They're skin-colored, not the usual purple/red.
