How should I track my weight?

My weight in the mornings is about 113.6-114.2. However, during the day, I am about 115-117 due to food, water, etc. Should I just put my weight in between 115 and 117? Because that's what I am the majority of the day and when I complete my food diary entry the weight given in 5 weeks is a little bit off. I don't have a measuring tape so I can't measure my hips, arms, whatever.
Thank you!
Thank you!

It's preference when you decide to weigh, your always lightest in the morning because you body has been "fasting" all night. On my weigh day I weigh in the morning, afternoon and before I get ready for bed and average them. My trainer came up with that for me. He said your weight can fluctuate between 3-5 lbs depending on what time of day it is.0
