Questions about eating food for weight loss?

Even if I don't eat the healthiest but I exercise and am not going over my calorie goal, will it slow down my weight loss? I'm not saying I eat junk every day but I don't eat salads or super healthy foods. (If you need an idea of what I'm talking about feel free to look at my food diary). If I eat really healthy will I lose weight faster?

It would be faster in the sense that your body won't ave to work on clearing toxins or breaking down hyper-processed foods or foods heavy with preservatives. The better the fuel then the better your body performs, and you'll feel better. And when you feel better then you perform better when exercising. c:
(also eating things that are easier for your body to process and things that boost your metabolism *healthy things* can speed up weightloss and they're still filling and they're usually lower on calories for more food then junk or less healthy things anyways, so you'd wind up having a long list of lots of good nutritionally valuable food and wayyy less calories)
I hope this wasn't too scrambled or rambly, but there's a lot of angles to eating healthier, not just the speed of weightloss, or fat burning, but it's all connected and it is overall better for you and it can still be absolutely delicious C:0
