Is my body being weird or is this normal?

Well, in 6 days, I lost about 3 pounds. I usually hear that it's very hard to lose these even 1 a week, but for me it wasn't that hard. I just ran for 25 minutes a day and either kick boxed or biked (moderate pace) for another 30, which burns around 300-400 calories in total. I'm only eat about 1200 calories a day and am about 200-300 away from my daily calorie goal each day (including calories burned). Don't get me wrong, this is really awesome that I am able to lose 2+ pounds a week, but is this normal?

It looks like you just started your diet, so my guess is that that's why you've lost 3 pounds already. I wouldn't know whether or not that's normal, though.0
