How do I keep myself motivated?

Lately I've been really slow with my weight loss progress. I have barely seen any change on the scale lately. I used to eat very healthy but now, not so much. Some days I don't even go running/working out anymore. I want to lose the weight but I always feel like giving up? How do I keep myself motivated? Thanks!
