Welcome! All I'm doing is trying to cut down on sugars. Just after breakfast there have been way too many! I'm not so concerned about calories because I don't eat much in a day, but the sugars just kill me. Good luck, and have fun (:

Aw, I saw the thread after midnight. Oh well. I just did a couple crunches and three reps of 30 seconds of bicycle to make up the difference. :P First bit of physical activity past walking/jogging in a long time.. I'm not lazy, just out of shape. And out of breath. Man, that's bad!
