My go-to is crispy skin salmon which has been marinated in a bit of kecap manis, served with low fat feta, roast pumpkin and chickpeas. :tongue:

Yay, a fellow Impromy friend! I actually find the meals to be perfect portion-wise for me, however I am adjusting slowly from carb heavy to the more protein focused meals. As far as shakes go, these ones are fairly good. I like chocolate and café latte, not so keen on strawberry or vanilla. The soups are just 'meh', about…
