LOL!!! I weigh in EVERY day even when I too see the fluctuation of numbers. I do it because I don't want it to get out of control. I don't want to keep losing the same 10 pounds over & over. I'm soooo glad you shared this. I have started Tae Bo last week & been faithful & have not LOST one pound. So I will just keep it up & see how it goes. BE PATIENT! cause I do FEEL better.

Just make sure NO MATTER WHAT you EAT 1200 calories ATLEAST a day. You don't have to eat back your exercise calories. Just NEVER go under 1200. I was leaving 100 -200 calories too & was told that its not healthy My body will eventually go into staration mode & will GAIN weight eventually. So FUEL your body. Eat some pieces…

Hang in there & just keep an eye on portions & serving sizes & keep moving & CHANGE will come. I was loosing ONE pound a week. I started Tae Bo & swimming last week & I havne't lost ONE pound at all...LOL!! But I'm gonna keep hanging in there. I'm not starving myself. But definately making BETTER choices. it all adds up.…

I had a Dr. visit & I was at my HIGHEST weight ever in my life. 219lbs & I'm 4' 11" NOT A GOOD LOOK!!! I felt the same embarrassed & saddened at the same time. Sad for myself that I ALLOWED myself not to CARE about ME, because I was so busy caring for others around me.

I do it to myself often. I don't know why I do. I weigh myself throughout the day then get upset. I have to stop. I know the morning should be the only weigh in. I can't believe the difference in throughout the day. I'm soooo glad others mention it though because otherwise I would just think its ME...LOL!!! just keep up…

Thank you for sharing. I feel in the SAME boat. Im so discouraged. I started doing Tae Bo & really watching my food intake stayed on my water & not ONE pound lost in a week. SO DISCOURAGING!!!
