I've cut back on how much soda I drink, and also I switched from regular to diet. I drink a lot of water now. Sometimes crystal light or tea when I want something different.

Hahaha, this makes me laugh. I had knee surgery in March, and I have permanent restrictions of no impact, so pretty much all I do is walk/bike/swim lmao

did you start of with the tutorials? you really need to know how to do the moves 1st and then do the classes and the zumba party. If you dont learn first you are scurrying around trying to catch up and figure out what she is doing, and that will wear you out quicker

Stay up later. 8 is just a general guideline based on what time normal people go to bed. Just make sure there it atleast 4 hours between when u eat and when you go to bed. Also, 1472 calories is a lot...... You don't have to eat all the calories you have open for the day. Anything over 1,200 is ok

Are you telling her that she is doing a good job? Don't ever ever ever have a negative attitude towards her like that. It is VERY hard change your habits, maybe you don't understand this because its easy for you, but it is clearly not for her.
