A few things that have worked for me in the past have been: 1) Bumping calories up just a bit. Sometimes you just gotta throw your body off kilter a bit. 2) If you can run try High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cardio training, it's basically jogging for a period of time then sprinting for a period (i.e. warmup, jog…

I have been athletic of my life. Just let a few pounds accure. I have dumbells and bands. The chest, tris, and shoulder was a tail kicker. I'm just saving my pennies to buy the whole set now.

Speaking on the topic of Fiber... You will probably want to increase fiber gradually... If you increase it too quickly... well, the end result could be rather umm... uncomfortable. It has a tendancy to "loosen" some people up. Also be sure to drink your servings of water.

The best thing I have is LIFE. When I step back and look at things... I really have a hard time choosing just one. My most vivid "best" moment is when my fiance became my wife. There's countless others. Time spent with lost loved ones, time to sit alone in the woods or by the lake alone and think, time with friends,…

I do not own the entire program. I also had a hard time spending that much money on something I haven't tried. I had purchased 2 single discs on ebay to try it. I am now saving up some money to buy the whole kit. It is wonderful. I tried the Legs and Back disc and the Chest, Tris, and Shoulders disc. WHAT A WORKOUT. As was…

I will also say SmartOnes meals. Just about any are good depends on your particular taste. The other thing I do is grill about a pound or so of boneless skinless chicken tenders at the begining of the week, and just throw them in to fridge to eat all week. Quick and easy also takes the excuse to cheat away. Easier to grab…

I hope that this is not a repeat post, but I had stumbled upon a website that gives you a "plan" to be able to do 100 consecutive pushups. hundredpushups.com I kind of started doing it just to try it out. I have actually seen some gains in strength. I personally wouldn't care at the end if I can do the 100 at one time or…

Hey there everyone, I stumbled onto this site on Sunday and haven't really left since. It is rather addicting.... just so much info and good people here. I have been athletic most of my life, but have put a few pounds on over the past few years. Hopefully tracking my food and exercise will help me lost the 20 or so pounds…

I wanted to try this and couldn't bring myself to spend the money without seeing some of the workouts. I found some on Ebay selling individual discs. I picked up 2 discs to try and will buy the set if I like the workouts. I picked up the the Chest, Tricep, and Shoulder disc (#5 I believe) also the Legs and Back (disc #9 I…
