i found this cool idea - salad in a jar. put the mayo/dressing in, add the nuts/lentils type foods/ add the rest, lettuce on top and lid on. (leave some room for the shake) at lunch time, tip upside down, give it a good shaking mix, remove lid and eat. deliscious! and fast ;)

being able to catch my breath after going for a run makes me feel so good i want to go again. also, the ache in my hips, it feels good to have worked them. looking forward to going again tomorrow :) p.s. good idea for a thread :)

oh yeah, i did that the other day too - got up and went, 'omg, this is too hard' so i went for a run. felt better actually doing something, than lying in bed thinking of all the things i could and should do. good on you :D

my daily 'goal' is 175, but it sits around the 60 mark. changing the settings is good to know, but i dont know what it should be - so trying to work out is this 'goal' a target i should be aiming to reach (based on my other settings) or is this a maximum as annaduurai said? thanks for your advice :)
