"I am not a runner" But I ran once last month, therefore I am. I'm keen to do this, because it will be interesting to see what I can do, and then accurate set a goal next month. Goal: 5km Distance so far: 0km (Lol)

stop looking in the mirror. give it a week or two before you look again so that you're not comparing small changes that seem insignificant.

oh, you know i've been feeling so hot here (the summer is amazing in NZ) and it made me wonder about body temperatures linked with weight. so thanks for your post. for myself - a few years ago i learned Reiki, it's an energy healing technique. on cold nights i lay in bed and channel the energy and it warms me right up.…

i cycled 28 minutes to work, almost got hit by a car (high heart race is good, right?? LOL!) and i lived. i'm proud to say i squealed like a girl, then carried on my way :)

i've been eating 1200 cal for the last 4 weeks or so. and i've lost 3 kg, even with cheat days and sporadic exercise. i suggest if you feel that you honestly doing all the right things and you're not being successful, you seek further advice from a Dr or nutritionist.
-
A chiropractor can help too with back problems (better than any dr or physio i've ever seen) options are good :)
-
wow, my MFP calculated my goal to be 1200 calories. i'm enjoying the food i eat. i dont feel hungry, and apart from yesterday when i went out, i'm hitting the target bang on each time. which really makes me wonder - what do you guys eat?? lol because i don't feel like i'm missing out on anything?
-
best advice. concentrate on your goal weight. once you get there - then have this discussion/argument/whatever. until your there you really are arguing about a what if situation, which is like arguing about where you're going to live, once we all move to the moon. like there isn't a 100 other steps between now and then.
-
i am completely miffed. good on you for ditching that person. bet you lost a load right then ;)
-
come back and let us know how you get on :)
-
it works. congrats again :)

LOL!

sleepy tea is ok if you like the taste of chamomile. - i like it better without the apple in it. hot showers are good for me, makes me all relaxed especially if i focus on 'washing off the drama of the day"

exactly what i am. a psychic, a teacher, a healer - all of those things fascinated me when i was younger. and now i am that. thank you for the reminder :)

i was thinking this too. and i was also wondering if you kinda felt uncomfortable, like you were in limbo at 150. kind of like you feel sexy at 160, and maybe you would if you went all the way to 120, but at 150 you're too much in the 'in between' stage? maybe it's uncomfortable because of extra skin? anyway - these are…
