this is interesting as i am finding doing exrecise every day is really making me tired especialy with work on top. i take Fridays off and then either sat or sunday depending on what i do. i try not to stick to too much of a rule i think your body gets used to it otherwise

Thank you for all your replies, I actualy only got 9% for my iron intake yesterday which is why I asked I also only got 39% calcium and 32% vitamin a. Vitamin c was good though at 84% But then I had milk in my tea which I did not count should I input this data too?
