  • My suggestion is to be easy on yourself. Everybody has days that are less than perfect. I tell myself my goal is progress, not perfection. Hang in there. A big part of emotional eating is beating ourselves up on our off days, when in reality, we need to stay motivated and start a new day tomorrow. Sherry

  • I walked tonight, although I had other things I would rather have done.
  • I just tried the Fiber one caramel delight cereal today. Was good. I was forewarned to add the fiber one type foods slowly as I assume you all wish you knew before. I do feel fuller today so that is good.

  • Welcome, Amy. I can sympathize with you about your weight gain. I lost 60 pounds in the past year. In the last several months, I was ill and could not train and regained 30 pounds. I cannot believe how fast it comes back on. Hang in there. I tell myself, "progress, not perfection!". Sherry:wink:

  • Wow, you are really doing good. I regained 30 pounds lately when I was ill so I am back to getting those off, plus a lot more. Way to go.

  • I am new to this forum. I am ready to try anything. Mostly, I wanted an easy way to track my calories and this looks like it may be it. I also wanted community support. So anyone is welcome to help me. :smile:
