  • This sounds great! What kind of consistency is the pastry when this is done? I've never tried such a thing in the microwave.
  • Sounds very good. I ran this through the calculator, and if you use No Sugar Added Oranges, you can get this down to 170 Cals per I filet serving. Even with 2 filets, you have a very low cal, delicious option. Add some grilled veggies and you'll be in heaven for under 500 calories, and hardly any fat at all. Thanks
  • Without changing you menu, you could cut plenty of calories by reading the nutrition labels on your next shopping trip. Just by swtiching to a Reduced Fat PB, lower cal, higher protien bread, and finding alternatives to your cheese and crackers, you'll cut your current calories easily by 200 or more. You can then find a…
  • I've become rather obsessive about the scale, probably to a detrimental level. I weigh myself each morning right before getting in the shower, and then every evening before getting into bed. I don't compare the morning and night numbers to each other, but I compare them to the day before to see if progress was made.
  • No brainer here, wedding cake, birthday cake, and snickerdoodle cookies. Can't say no to any of those three and cookies are the one food I've not lost the craving for on this diet journey.
  • Another vote for Kashi Go Lean. I found it to be suprisingly tasty. Rather than using milk, I enjoy my bowl with Light Vanilla Soy Milk. Delicious.
  • I use a little EVOO, a bit of honey, some lemon juice, Seasoned salt and then give it a good shake. I don't really know the measurements, it's just sort of a sight thing. The nice thing about a think dressing is it coats very well which means you don't have to use a lot to get the taste desired.
  • I eat the Clif Builders bars as a way to keep my protien and calorie counts up without going over my daily allotment. They have fit well in my diet thus far, especially on days where I know my lunch or dinner is going to be later than usual.
  • Awesome! Thanks for all of the great replies. I love the Biggest Loser recipe from above, definitely trying that soon. Keep them coming!

  • I keep the Lite or Free Cool Whip on hand for the late night cravings. Some berries and a little Cool Whip usually holds me over, but if I need a bit more taste to it, I'll grab a spoonful of Reduced Fat JIF Peanut Butter. At least that adds a little protien in with the snack. I'll agree with the others, those 60-100…
  • I just signed up for MFP today, after working on the WW Online plan since March 1st. For me, starting on WW first was the right way to go because I felt more disciplined and tied to the program because I was paying for it. It worked very well too, I lost a lot of weight fast, and actually had to make an effort to reach my…
