We cook what we call camping eggs. Boil a pot of water on the fire, crack a few eggs into a ziplock add any veggies/meat/cheese/etc. that's left over. Shake the bag then put it in the boiling water. It's nice it's an omelet without the mess. :)

... I am confused that just sounds like an eating disorder... which is fine many people are on here to over come that... not to encourage it. I hope there is more behind this than a five day no eating binge. Good luck to you on your path.

When I go to 5:30am fitness class everyone is there to work... But if I have to the 10:30 class the 'fancy soccer mom's' are there with their hair and makeup done. Cant stand those classes! I worry to because I have a very public job. I run on a trail not to far from my house. It's better and safer than on the street. Hard to admit but I wont run on a treadmill at the gym if someone is directly behind me.. :( Afraid my butt moves too much lol

Look at my food log. I am way under on calories but I eat a TON of food :)

I pack and ice chest, keeps my food cold and all in one place :) I always have cold water that way too

Be polite! You still need them believe it or not. Just say I think it time to move forward etc. Don't bad mouth them. Stick out your two weeks (they will be ****ty to you) Stay calm carry on and after you start your new job... file a complaint if you feel that's the right thing to do. Good luck!

Anything is better than nothing. Jillian Michaels says to eat within a half hour of waking up. Even if its a yogurt or carnation make a great light breakfast drink... anything. Thanks for saying that!!! People need to take responsibility for their own actions. I like to add in the section below my food and exercise log things like, "Today I didn't make it to the gym" or "I ate that because I wanted to". It has helped take the guilt away because it's something I control. Do Better to Be Better!!!
