I love hello fresh! I've been using it on and off (because of travel for work) for about a year. There are so many 'options/opinions' about this. You need to do your own research. Milk, Organic Milk, Raw Milk. Each is a hot button topic for foodies. We do raw at our house it's easier to digest and we are not getting any younger and need all the calcium we can get. Best of luck!

I looked at your food diary and from the one day you have logged I don't think sugar from fruit is the reason you went over. You should be more concerned about the White bread, chocolate spread, chocolate brownies, coke, custard cream, and fruit in a can you had then the one apple. Maybe you should focus on 'cleaning' up…

like everyone else has said you need to eat more. Consider tracking your sodium you eat quite a bit of processed foods bet your bloated.

whole chicken splash of wine pepper some herbs all the vegetables you can fit turn it on low and dinner will be done when you get home. (I work too many hours so I have my crock pot on a timer)

I drink..... like more than socially.... being on here has really helped me to see how many calories that adds to my day. My job is stressful and there are some days when I just want to come home and drink. Use to be the only way I could sleep. I just upped my calories about 400 per day. So now I am at 1650. it's a good range for me. I find that being hungry causes me to binge so I keep my calories high and go off my weeks average.
