Yes I try to take three a week! I use them to push myself harder. It's easy to just do the reps and leave the gym... but when you are with a group of people working hard you work harder too!

Stop trying! :) Just have fun and enjoy each other. Seriously we TRIED for two years... then we gave up and three months later baby on board! And then again in eleven months... I guess you can say we figured it out. Good Luck!!! Proud Mama of three!

Good luck!!! I have to measure out all my food the night before (Try right after dinner while you're full so you will not snack). That way I count everything! I have not changed my workouts at all and have lost 5 pounds in a week. It's all about portions for my body.

No, tea dehydrates you. I always drink and extra glass of water for every glass of tea coffee etc.

I have a hard time with this too... I beat myself up all day over not getting up to workout in the morning. But some mornings I am so tired I cant get out of bed. I get about 4-6 hours of sleep every night. Thinking my lack of sleep is what's holding me back from my weight loss goal.

I am 5'3" at 175 pounds all the charts say I am Obese 33.1% BMI... I kept thinking WHAT!! How am I Obese! I know I could drop a few pounds but I am a Fire Fighter for crying out loud... so I paid the money to get a real BMI number and you know what it's all a numbers game. Weight isn't as important as how healthy you are.…

ALL of the above! Unhealthy ideas to drop weight fast. It's a journey and a lifestyle change. I think of this a my little 'AA' support group one step at a time and don't want to hear about you getting shots to drop 10 pounds. The easy way out is the quickest way back.

CONGRATS!!! Look into a book called, Eat Clean, By Tosca Reno It was really helpful for me. I shifted my focus from diet to healthy.

Good luck.. wine and cheese is my night time down fall. I try to add my meals the night before, during my snack time, that way I know and feel guilty about my calories. It helps me.

I am having the same problem. I am eating what I think is good. Hitting more gym classes, running 5 miles 3-4 times a week and nothing... not even one pound. It's been like this for the past month :( I want to know what people are suggesting.

I looked at your diet... It doesn't seem like you are getting enough food. You are eating enough calories...but it seems there is a lot of processed food. Eat clean foods if you can fruit, veggies, and stuff with only a few ingredients on the label. Your body cant break up foods that are made up of hormones and sugars…

Read the book, Body for Life, it helped me though a rough time. Found I was over training... Good luck. Stick with it!
