  • I avoid milk products and have switched to Almond Milk. I also take a daily probiotic (Align) to regulate my stomach. I sure can tell a difference when I run out and don't take it for a while.
  • Elbi....the first thing is track your food intake. you'd be surprised at how many calories you are eating unwittingly. Record everything. Download the app to your phone so you record at lunch time. I know you've been struggling but together we can do this!
