I'm going on my first really big vacation in a month (Disneyland and a cruise to Alaska!)... not sure how I'm going to keep up my current low-calorie diet! and suggestions for how to enjoy the wonderful array of food (especially on the cruise) without feeling like I'm depriving myself on my holiday?

a fantastic snack to help me get between meals... blend 1 cup of Bolthouse Farms smoothie mix with 1 cup (or more) of ice cubes in the blender. it's filling, low calorie (110), and healthy. this particular smoothie mix (which is basically pureed fruit and juice) is quite strong, so it doesn't hurt the taste to dilute it…

today for lunch I had: 6 premium plus whole wheat crackers 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese 1 cup sliced raw strawberries all for a grand total of 268 calories, plus lots of protein for my post-workout meal! (:
