Hi, You are supposed to eat your exercise calories. Your weightloss is figured in by MFP before exercise, so if you exercise the idea is to eat back those calories to replace fuel burnt. Missed you! My second job kicked in, which has upended my schedule. Plus, the kids are back at soccer (3 kids have 7 teams if they each make the school team). So, the gym? I've been getting there twice a week for about a month, instead of the 90 minutes per day 6 times a week that I was doing .... Cheers, Sean

UGH. That's tough Mandy. There has to be some fix though ... my eldest had kneecap problems cos of tight quads and hammies pulling them out of position. Physical therapy was part of a solution. Otherwise, can you use this excuse to get a swimming pool for the backyard?

Sounds good. I do 45-60 minutes cardio (treadmill, elliptical, bike) 5 days a week, machine weights 2x per week, and freeweights once. Jogging. Weight training is fine. Lunges, like them actually. Crunches and push-ups okay. I can pound out an hour on the elliptical. I just cannot cannot cannot get into jogging. Cheers, Sean
