I have read do strength first and cardio after that, if you want to build muscle. The reason is that you can move more weight with glycogen stores intact if you do strength first. Plus, apparently, if you use up the glycogen in strength training, then you are likely to burn more fat in cardio afterwards. Cheers, Sean

My goal is 1340. If I don't exercise, I really struggle to meet that goal. I find that 30+ minutes of exercise gives me extra calories to eat, and I need that padding. Although, sometimes I eat under 1340, just not usually often or by a lot. So, I recommend fitting 30+ minutes of exercise into your day. Cheers, Sean

Weight is one measurement. And, if weight goes down, the other measurements will, too. For me, anyway (not being a body builder). LOL
