I haven't tried it but one of co-workers did and she loved it also. I think she told me she tried it for a week and lost about 5-7 pounds, not sure if or how many inches she may have lost but she said she never felt better and she felt more energized! Hope this helps :smile:

I tried it several years ago from a weight loss Dr who gave me my money back cause I lost no weight, LoL! WOW, someone who I can finally identify with. I always refer to myself as an upside down coke bottle b/c of the shape I have. I have tried to figure out what exercises I can do in order to even things up. Any advice/information/support will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I too am very busy and morning workouts are the best time for me but I am always tired as well. The last few weeks I have been determined to get up and make it to the gym for the 545am cycling class and each time I have been very happy that I pressed my way. I started out with 1200 but found that I was really, really hungry so I increased it to 1400. How do you manage 1200 and not feel hungry?
