Sometimes you have to trick your body and your metabolism by changing up what you eat. It seems to work better for a lot of people when you add something to your food plan once in a while that would normally be considered off limits (within reason of course). Congrats on reaching your goal!

When I was 5'10 I weighed 135. I have lost 3 inches in height in the last 5 yrs. So at 5'7" I am striving to be back down to that 135. If my body decide 140 would be better I would be happy with that as well.

I appreciate all the comments, it means a lot to get such an immediate response. In answer to JaimeLas, yes my daughter is helping me figure out a good food plan that is low in carbs. I have been trying to limit what I have been eating but have continued to gain weight. I am now dealing with swelling in my legs and feet.…
