Go to Costco or Sam. You can get 3 pounds bananas for under $2, strawberries for $5 and red grapes for $6 for 5 pounds. Also try your local farmers market. They have some good deals as well.

I used to drink a lot until I watched a video how drinking destroy your liver. It's only posion, so I quite cold turkey. Now I only drink one glass of wine every two to three months. No more black out and no more hangovers and I feel great. :happy:

You have to eat to burn the fat and to lose the weight. After 7 to 8 hrs of sleeping, I am straving, but I have to wait until I am done with my morning workout. So eat and drop the weight. :-)

WOW!! I am more on the health size vice the numbers. If a woman is health at 105 pounds and is fit then I am ok, and I am also ok if she is health at 175 pounds and fit. When I say fit, I mean no excessive body fat in abs area, back of the legs or back and shoulders. But I guess it all depends on the person.

There are two things preventing you from dropping the weight....diet or your cardio. You need to either increase your cardio or decrease your calories. I'm in the same boat. I broke my ankle about 3 yrs ago and I lost 10 pounds by doing nothing. Just reduce you calories and increase your water and you will be just fine until you get back on your feet.
