They do different things so it depends on what you are looking for. If you want to know how much you are burning when you workout then a HRM is the way to go. Started at 370 back in December. Got down to 340 by May but June and July were horrible months for me and I'm currently at 346. (-2lbs this week). Anyone can feel free to add me.

I love my fitbit and the fact that it syncs with MFP. It allows me to see how active I am in a day and set goals to make myself more active. It also allowed me to see just how little I moved to begin with. I'm definitely burning more calories since I got my fitbit. I do plan on getting a HRM in the future though, mainly to…

I eat 2-3 servings of fruit a day but I notice alot of people are cutting it out lately. The majority of the fitness women I have added on Instagram don't eat fruit either.

I live on canned and frozen veggies. I rinse my canned veggies off really well. Not sure if it's doing anything. I don't like raw veggies and I can never seem to eat the fresh ones fast enough.
