All the time - I have chickens and keep the small eggs for personal use - eat 3-4 a day, thoughout the day, great hunger buster!

The pumpkin spice ones I made this last time were only 91 calories unfrosted, and with light whipped topping instead of frosting another 20. Very good for a splurge day, or on days when I've behaved myself very well and want a special reward!

No. There will be days when you just aren't THAT hungry. I very often am under calorie goal, but it hasn't hurt me. If I'm not hungry I just don't eat them all - if I'm hungry sometimes I go a tad over...although I usually try to drink more water instead of going WAY over . But there will be days when you just don't need…

Here's a good website to calculate about how much you should drink. I drink 12-16 cups a day usually, sometimes a little more, depending on how much exercise I do. http://nutrition.about.com/library/blwatercalculator.htm

Also keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat so while you are exercising so much and building muscle, you may be toning more than losing weight....keep track of your inches as well, you may see a bigger difference that way.

So not a fail! Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so you still may be losing inches! Are you measuring yourself too? I highly recommend measuring. I have felt the same way, but didn't really know how to judge it's accuracy, so if I am mowing for an hour, I usually list it for less time - like 45 minutes, just because I can't believe it's possible to have burned as many calories as what it says I did.
