I am 5'5" and my current weight is 180.5 and my GW would be 145 or so, just depends on how I look once I reach that weight!

You aren't eating enough calories with those hardcore workouts and you are probably in too high of a Heart rate to burn fat and are actually just burning the carbs off of your muscles instead. Guess I learned alot from the New Leaf Metabolism testing I did at my local YMCA!!!! You need to figure out how YOUR body burns fat.

I have been on a plateau for about 4 weeks now after losing my first 10lbs. as well.......Do you have any tips to break it??? I have been working out about 4 times a week for 30 or more minutes a time. and eating most of my excercise calories back.....my diary is open for viewing......Can someone please give me some tips…
