Clean: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Barbell Side Split Squat: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Leg Press: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Seated Leg Curl: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Seated Calf Raise: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Elypticall 30 minutes
this will all be occuring in about 1 hour0 -

was gonna do upper body weight lifting but might hold off cause my shoulders and upper back are still sore from the other day, but either way im for sure gonna do some HIIT (jogging/running) today0

i just started adding in exercise yesterday so i am not sure about today yet. we will see what video looks good on the comcast on-demand when i get home.0

Just back from gym:
- 15mins on cross ramp (150 cals ish)
- weight machines (3 machines - 4 reps of 15 each, 25kilos on each machine)
- 1500metres on rower (KILLER!, try and beat my time of 6mins30secs each time, hard to do)
- 20mins on AMT machine (about 230 cals if I can stay on it that long as it's boring)
- floor exercises/free weights for 25-30mins
Did this for 79 mins this evening, burnt 697 cals I think it was. Not bad. Do it all again tomorrow.0 -

Did a 5 mile tempo run this morning and then walked around for 2.5 hours at Artprize... it's a really cool event going on this time of year in West Michigan... I may go back this weekend since I didn't even come CLOSE to seeing it all!!!!
Off to band practice which can also be a workout... but I love singing!0 -
