I know this is an old post, but I found a PEANUT BUTTER (not the alternatives) that has less calories than regular or reduced fat. I just bought Peter Pan Creamy 1/3 less sugar peanut butter which has 150 calories per 2 tbsp. It's not a HUGE difference, but enough for me to want to work it into my meal plan more. :)

Thank you for the info. I will log it as calisthenics since that logs in as far less calories as aerobics. I didn't know what to log BB as before and was putting as light or general aerobics and that puts over 100 calories per workout which are 20 minutes each which I thought was really high! I am 5' 3.5" and I weight 138'ish right now. I've always weighed more than I look, and people never believe me. But, my current goal is 130. Supposedly I am already within (though at the top of) healthy weight/BMI, but I would like to be on a much lower end of that scale.

This helps me, a lot! I've been putting it as aerobics and I think it gives me too many calories. I am going to get a HRM soon... But do you put it as vigorous calisthenics or the light, home one?

I do about 30 minutes of elliptical cardio on an interval course. I yield about 3 miles usually. I try to do this about 3 days a week, at a minimum.

Have you tried using a tube of gel to put some on the electrode or whatever it's called. I didn't know you used water.. but maybe using the gel will help with accuracy??

Hey! Awesome results! I just started the Butt Bible yesterday. I am wondering if you are following the schedule I downloaded from here where it basically alternates lower and upper with cardio on days off. It does level 1 for 2 weeks, level 2 for 2 weeks, level 3 for 2 weeks. I want THAT butt!!!

Lemon juice can seriously harm tooth enamel when drank without being in water (pure juice). When you mix it with water it dilutes it and shouldn't have a significant effect. However, if concerned- rince your mouth out with plain water after drinking the glass of lemon water. :)

I found an older post that had the calories burned for each BBL workout... but they seemed really high. I think Bum Bum was like, 500-something calories, which I am not sure is possible! So, I am having trouble logging it also.

You do each level for 7 days I believe. Good luck! I never started it up again, and if I do, I might have to buy a new wedding dress.. the one I couldn't zip now has to be taken in!
