P90X is hardcore! Plyo is killer but I really like that he breaks things down in 30 second or 1 minute intervals so you push yourself to do "just 15 seconds more"...I've also done the Cardio X-limiting my strength training to two days a week for now-I am afraid that if I added in too much P90X that my body will be too sore…

me too last night was a quicky 2 miles - this is a recovery week so very low mileage. I wore my New Balance last night and had the same pain in my foot-might not be my Mizunos after all....if after my weekend running it's bad, I'll call Dr monday to get it checked.

Had a good/bad day yesterday..... did 1 hour strength class and ran 2 miles on treadmill - burned 600ish calories ate only just shy of 1500 so I was really low net cals 7 of 8 glasses of water... I've seen much worse days! HAPPY FRIDAY!!

I may switch up what I've been doing - just to mess with my system a bit....maybe I need to incorporate P90X in with my running.....I'll have to read up on the plan and see...I'll let you know what I figure out

with 15% it's pretty much like eating hamburger. I have some with 1% beef fat in it. When you have the deer processed you can ask for less fat in the ground meat.

3 mile jog, 1 mile walk at lunchtime...foot really hurt while I ran-iced after feels better. This is the second run I've done with pretty extreme foot pain-glad it's a recovery week.

Crisco spray I think show a 1 second spray and it's 1/2 gram of fat...at 1/3 second they don't have to show the fat! If I remember correctly 15 sprays of I can't believe it's not butter has 2 grams of fat - and nothing but chemicals - when I realized this I started using small amounts of real butter instead...a tiny bit…
