This has been another crazy week - didn't get to workout last night or Tuesday night....BUT excited to report that I will be running tonight. Treadmill but still I'll be sweatin it out! :bigsmile:

IMHO, Weight should not be on there If in NC ours was I'd tell the truth now but before my 90 pounds I would have "estimated"!:wink:

I've tried Zumba - it's not my thing...I have trouble with the dancey portion of it - I am more a straight to the point run, kick, runch, lift, squat, etc person but I've heard tons who love it. Glad to hear you've found something that's fun for you that will keep you going!

Is there a specific weigh in day for this? My "official" weigh in is usually reported on Mondays. Not a good day with eating out and going to circus and no time for exercise yesterday--back at it today

another I see here in the south is want and won't did anyone mention weighed and weight I know I've done it too in a hurry and when I see my error it drives me bonkers!

Oh yeah - I can relate. Doesn't happen so much anymore but I remember people telling me I obsessed about food and they of course are the same people who have too much to do to exercise....a lot of it is denial on their part. You keep working hard and if you are obsessing about working out - you go girl I am proud of you!!!
