I had to go up 1/2 size in running shoes. Go to running store and see what they think - typically the eval is free.

I co-chaired a local 5k raising over $1500 last month! (this was a 2nd annual - 1st time was my daughter's senior project) It's the "Tata Trot!"

My first tattoo (and only cosmetic) was at 35 after Chemo - it's a pink ribbon. I love the stories behind tattoos. I have 2 more that I am not allowed to show :blushing: from reconstruction I agree with a tattoo to symbolize what you accomplished but not the actual #s

After 1 week - CW 169.2 down...2.6!!!!!!!!!! I expect next week won't be as great but I'll take it!!!!

I plan to have a stick runner girl (maybe with mickey ears) and 26.2 after I do my marathon in January (the disney marathon) I had thought about doing a heart for every 10 pounds but couldn't find a design I wanted.

I did body pump last night-nothing today except pack for weekend, take Baylee to have wisdom teeth out--she's doing good, working, pick Jay up from school, take mom meds, still need to get to the bank and drive 5 hours to the beach for two days (what were we thinking>?!)

Well this week I've tried, did really good yesterday and weighed this morning - down 2....will not offically weigh in til next wed.
