You've always been 110-15 except the last 6 months? And you suddenly gained 20lbs in 6 months? Do you think you've been eating enough to gain that fast? That is some rapid weight gain on someone not prone to being heavy. You may want to give the dr a call unless you've been eating really really bad.

Yes.. he has an thyrold issues, but the end result is he has to keep his calories high. He had a physical the other day and the dr told him that his BMI is perfect. Oh, I do that. Line the bottom of the crockpot with carrots, potatoes, and celery and it's a meal in one. The next night, the chicken bones go back in the crock pot to make chicken broth, combined with some of the juices from the night before.

I agree with everyone who said look at the loss leaders in your grocery store to meal plan. After that, you need to step out of the comfort zone (at least for me).
