I was once in the same boat as you, but I now consume Tilapia daily (literally)! I usually blacken it with a little old bay and olive oil, baked or grilled!

I eat 4 meals a day, of which I replace breakfast with a protein shake (SIxSTar Whey Protein)! It actually feels me up and takes me all the way to my first snack b4 lunch! Also, once in a while I double up and replace two meals in one day!

Choose an exercise from the exercise database that closely resembles what u r doin, put in your minues, but dont add it just yet. Then, create your own exercise and use the calories from the closely resembled exercise.

True! I have used it on/off for about 7 yrs or so. But, I always came off to avoid long-term heart problems. And, now I think I will no longer try it. But' go for it....it definitely works!!!! Just drink plenty of water with it, as I see u already are!

Not sure...we are all different. And, it may not be that your body is adjusting, but it could be you adjusting to the water! Makes sense, either way, you'll get use to it, and it'll go less noticed!
