LOL. U r correct. U will run to the bathroom, but think of that as burning extra calories as u pace back and forth! Also, if u make this a daily routine, it'll be "softer" on your body!

You wouldnt float....and u'll actually burn calories running to the bathroom! Trust, when I was 230, I successfully drank half my weight (115)! U can do it!!! 8oz is adequate for those within their ideal weight.

Oh glad to know u r a PT...my boyfriend is a PT and a Pro Body Builder...so rest assure all of my actions are guided by his expertise. I will admit, he does agree with you to some extent, but he believes it is a non-factor in this ONE-week challenge!!!
