I will cheat and have something unhealthy occasionally if I am really craving something but I try and work it off so I still stay under or close to my alloted calories.

This is a fantastic site it will help you tremendously. Bad knees.... so have I and I have found water aerobics. Fantastic burn and easy on the knees.....try it you will end up loving it!!!! Add me if you would like (I'm a little older than you though lol)

Nothing yet.... just eat everything in moderation and within my calorie goal....working so far :) Just keep the bad stuff to a minimum as a treat....

Yes I always log my food in the morning for the day or even the day before...keeps me on track and I always know if I have an extra few calories left at the end of the day for a special treat.... Works for me :)

Sounds delicious. How many calories in your tuna steak and cous cous recipe? I am on a 1200 cal diet and finding nice meals not too calorific is not easy :)
