Thank you everyone! Definitely great input. I just haven't seen much of a loss before when doing even low cal. Just gotta tough it out. I feel like I have a ton of water weight and it's frustrating.

I was on it for PTSD for a few months and gained 30 lbs. Oy vey. I talked to my doctor and we both agreed to take me off of it because weight was coming on way too fast. Now I'm trying to get it off and it's not going anywhere.

Thank you for your advice! I actually have read that, but I'm just not feeling any different than I was before. I don't know if this is something I should continue if it seems like it doesn't matter. I went to Atlantic City and I finally was able to see myself in clothes in front of the mirror. I was amazed that I looked thinner and my clothes actually looked good on me. First time in two months!

I am currently (or was) eating 1500 calories a day. I am about 214 atm, even though I was down to 212 last week, and am 5*7 and 22 years old. I try to get to the gym at least 3 days a week.

So do you recommend using Scooby's for the calorie deficit calculation? I want something accurate (or close to) so I'm not bouncing back and forth. Also, will I gain all the weight I've lost back?

This is true. When eating, though, can you eat anything or do you have to maintain a certain percentage to lose the weight?

Won't I gain eating higher though? Also, to everyone who has asked I have been dieting about a month and a half and following TDEE-20% (or what I thought it was) for about 3 weeks. I have gained about 3-5 lbs which could just be water weight and have been trying to exercise at least three days a week.

Nope! I'm up for the challenge :) I'm actually asking because I want to know what shows to get my hopes up for haha. I have auditions in the fall and spring of next year and it will help me decide what parts to go after and what shows to/not to audition for.
