I have been on the program 15 months and have lost a total of 100lbs but the last few months have just been maintaining. Need to jump back in and get the last 50 off :)

When I am low on money I grab either atkins chocolate protein shake or premier chocolate protein shakes and blend with spinach. And then I sometimes use atkins chocolate chip granola protein meal replacement bar. I still lose weight but it isn't as much. Instead of 4lbs a week it is usually only 1-2.

Feel free to add me! I have been on the diet since March 21 and I am down 82 pounds. I love this diet! I even started my room mate on the alternative plan and she has lost 10 pounds her first two weeks!

My best week was about week 12-14 I had three great 6.6lbs lost each of those weeks. I found that when I eat my lunch if I had a little bit of my whole protein with lunch and then the rest at dinner I didn't eat the snack protein as often. I don't know if that was it or the fact that I was using coconut oil to cook…

It's not made by WF, My coaches sell it I will see who the maker is. TOTALLY Phase 1 approved :)

I don't see why either....According to all the "healthy" weight range charts I should weight 125-135 and I am 5'8". You are perfectly fine in the range. Good job cutting out the sugar and sticking to your calories.

Why are you skeptical? I believe her. I lost 53 in 3 months so it is totally possible

You will gain back some weight in phase 4. It is usually water weight coming back. I am only on phase 1 still but I have been told and prepared for the fact that my body may/will put on probably 10 lbs once I get off the diet so I am already calculating this in to my goal weight. If you are that worried talk to you coach.

I started 3/21/14 and am down 58.4lbs! Loving this diet! Hoping that I will be able to become a coach

1. fit into pants 3 sizes smaller than when I started 3 months ago. 2. drilled a third new notch into my belt (basically to cheap to go buy a new one  ) 3. Had a few neighbors ask if I had weight loss surgery. Nope but hey that means they are noticing! 4. Shorts require belt because they won't stay up which lead to…

I like to do bell peppers, zuchinni, and celery cooked in coconut oil. I make a big batch and then divide for lunches for the week.

It will always pull up the recent food list at first. Once you actually type in the search box and press search it should pull up things that match in the data base. I do it from my app all the time.

I had to close mine to every one but friends. I made a post to help a MFP friend out and everyone stalked my diary and made comments about not listening to me because I ate so little calories. But what they weren't paying attention to is my MFP calorie goal is only like 1300 so my eating 900-1000 was meeting their CICO…

They have miracle noodles now that you can have. Just make sure to follow the instructions to cook them.

Per my IP coach, the strips are great but be aware that your body will start to learn to use the ketones so you may still be in ketosis even when the strips show you aren't this may happen 2-4 months in

This is by no means and exact answer for you but my own opinion....Stop eating things that are not on the protocol that is the major issue right there. You are not plateauing but your body will have weeks of adjustment. I have on about every 3 weeks or so. Do the IP strictly and you will see the weight start coming off…

I like you! You are very wise :)

Hahaha because this is what kick starts your metabolism in the morning.

HHHMMMM actually never said sugar was the devil. Secondly I have lost 47 lbs with eating this exact way and I have the toughest body to lose weight. I worked out 7 days a week. Ate all the non processed foods did the whole paleo crap and never could I lose weight. I gave advised to a MFP friend not you so don't judge. You…

Breakfast is the most important! Try something like two eggs and half a grape fruit. Even throw in some veggies like peppers into the eggs. This is very low calorie and carb so make sure to eat a small snack between lunch. For lunch each 2 cups of mixed veggies with some protein. For dinner eat the same as lunch about 8 oz…

I am actually on Ideal Protein. It is awesome! But lets look at some of the myths.... 1. NO exercise.....Um no not correct, you are to do exercise just not the first few weeks while you body is adjusting, then you add in walking and light weight lifting. Yes you eat few calories and carbs this is why you don't want to over…

We could tell you so many things but it all depends on how your body works. Exercise is only about 20% of weight loss every thing else is diet. I had the same issues for a long time. I worked out 6 days a week doing cardio and martial arts and never would see any changes. I didn't even eat that bad. What helped me was…

I don't know about this. What do you tell the person that works out 6 days a week for 2-3 hours, eats healthy and low calorie but never can lose any weight? And on top of that has no medical issues to make weight loss hard, no thyroid issues nothing. Then you tell them this and all you do is beat them down and they won't…

We gain weight in different areas at different times so when we lose weight it reverses. Most likely your body gains weight in the stomach first so that is the last place it will come off. Try doing crunches or sit ups to build the ab muscles that will help you burn calories even while resting. The myth that muscles weigh…
